Appointments are not guaranteed until insurance and availability are verified by our office.

If your appointment cannot be approved or additional information is needed, we will notify you.

All online bookings are considered confirmed unless you are contacted otherwise. Please ensure you provide a valid phone number when booking.

Appointment Reminders

You will receive a reminder by email, text, or phone call two days before your scheduled visit.

New patients: Arrive 15 minutes early and complete the electronic new patient packet beforehand.

No Show / Cancellation Policy

Please provide 24-hour advance notice by phone for cancellations or rescheduling.

A $15 no-show fee applies to returning patients who miss without prior notice.

3 missed appointments without notification may result in dismissal from our practice.
